What is a Buyer's Agent? Buyer’s Agent (or Buyer’s Advocate) is a licensed real estate professional who works exclusively for the buyer in a property transaction.

Unlike selling agents, who represent the seller, a buyer’s agent’s role is to protect your interests — helping you find, evaluate, negotiate, and secure the right property at the right price.

Discovery & Briefing

I start with a consultation to understand your goals — whether you are buying your first home, upgrading, down-sizing or investing. We will discuss budget, preferred locations, lifestyle needs, and long-term plans to create a tailored Buyer Brief.

Search & Shortlist

 I do the legwork for you — searching both on-market and off-market opportunities. With my industry connections, you will see properties most buyers never get access to. I then shortlist the best options that meet your brief.

Evaluation & Due Diligence

Every shortlisted property is thoroughly assessed. I analyze market value, zoning, comparable sales, rental yields, and any red flags (such as flood risk, structural issues, or development restrictions). You will receive a clear, unbiased picture before making a decision.

Negotiation & Securing the Property

I represent you in negotiations — whether it’s making an offer or bidding at auction. My job is to secure the property at the best possible price and terms, without the emotional pressure buyers often face.

Contract & Settlement Support

I guide you through the paperwork and connect you with trusted professionals — brokers, solicitors, building and pest inspectors, accountants, and more — ensuring a smooth and stress-less settlement.

Beyond Settlement

My service does not stop once you get the keys. I provide post-purchase support — whether it is finding property managers, planning renovations, or connecting you with advisors to grow your portfolio.
